Property Description
Seller offering $5K towards repairs of the home! Welcome to 5636 Old Logan Rd — a home that's as practical as it is fun. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath house has been about 80% remodeled, giving you updated living spaces with the chance to finish it off in your own style. The main floor is cozy and inviting, while the basement adds extra living potential with a bonus room that could be used as an office, gaming room, workout space, or hobby area. Parking and storage won't be a problem here. You'll have a 1-car attached garage for everyday use, but the real prize is the oversized 2-car detached garage. One side is built with extra height and comes with a fully installed car lift—a dream setup for car enthusiasts, weekend mechanics, or anyone who's been looking for the ultimate workshop right at home. There's plenty of room for tools, toys, and projects of all sizes. Step outside and the property gets even better. The backyard has its very own RC dirt track or could be used as a garden, hosting friends, or just enjoying something totally unique. Between the garages, the car lift, and the RC course, this place offers a lifestyle that mixes comfort, work, and play in a way you won't find every day. 5636 Old Logan Rd isn't just another listing — it's a property with personality, ready for someone who appreciates a home with both function and fun built in.
